PitchWhip

Comparison

PitchWhip vs ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo’s pricing page is a form. The allowance is “a predetermined number of monthly credits based on your needs”, set inside your order form, and the published master contract has no data-credit clause. Their help centre: “Each export costs one credit”.

Same profile. Two tools.

Right personStrong fit

VP Revenue Operations owns the sales stack. The functional buyer, named cleanly on the page.

Right nowStrong timing

Closed a $42M Series B on 14 Jan and has opened three SDR reqs in five weeks. Headcount is outrunning onboarding. Source: trade press, this week

Say this first

“Dana, this is a cold call. You can hang up. I noticed you have had three SDR roles open since the Series B. Usually when a team scales that fast, ramp is what quietly breaks. Worth sixty seconds?”

She will probably say

“We already use Gong for this.”

Answer · Most RevOps teams your size do. Gong tells you what happened on the call. We are upstream of that, in the first ten seconds before there is a call worth recording.

and the email

Same profile. The difference is that you already know what to say, and the number is the footnote rather than the product.

Entry price, monthly
Not published. The pricing page is a form
$49 a seat, or $490 a year
What arrives with the number
Copilot sells preparation: “Start every meeting fully prepared”, with talking points and account summaries as tier upgrades. The fit verdict, the opener and the objection for the person on the page are still the rep’s to write
Included. The fit verdict with the evidence quoted, why now, the opener in your phrasing, the objection with its answer, one-tap logging
Help while they are talking
Not covered in the pages we read, so we make no claim
Live call mode uses your computer’s microphone and Chrome’s speech recognition when you turn it on. It suggests responses as the conversation moves. The microphone must hear the conversation; otherwise, type what they said. No audio file is ever made or saved
The dialler
Not covered in the pages we read, so we make no claim
None. You call from your own phone or the dialler you already have, from any country, and the panel logs the outcome. No per-minute credits
Who finds the next prospect
Not covered in the pages we read, so we make no claim
Up to 10 a day on a paid seat, chosen for fit and timing against what you sell, each with a quoted source. You add the ones you want. No list building, no export
A number that turns out to be dead
No per-record route published. Their guarantee measures employment accuracy across the whole database, not whether one phone rings the right person
Reportable for 30 days. We check the report by hand and put the credit back, under a clause in the terms
Follow-up email sequences
Not covered in the pages we read, so we make no claim
Included at $49, using a connected mailbox for eligible relationships or a verified campaign subdomain for cold contacts. Sending limits, windows, unsubscribe links and bounce checks apply. A separate subdomain does not guarantee that reputation problems stay separate
Who presses send on LinkedIn
Not covered in the pages we read, so we make no claim
A task, never a send, and only on a page you have open. You press Connect, the panel presses “Add a note” in the dialog that opens and writes the note, and you press Send. For a message or an InMail it presses LinkedIn’s own Message button, on a profile or a Sales Navigator lead page. It writes the message in for you to read before you press LinkedIn’s Send
Included contact allowance
Not published: “a predetermined number of monthly credits based on your needs”, set in your order form
50 finds, phone or email, and nothing else costs a credit: not the brief, the script, the call, the logging, the sequences, or a lookup that finds nothing. If your numbers come from a data tool already, keep it for volume; the seat is the call layer
Price per phone-credit equivalent
Not published, so we make no claim
$0.98, down to 50c on a 100-pack, and pack credits never expire
A lookup that finds nothing
Nothing published on a miss, so we make no claim. The credit is taken on the export
Not charged: 0 credits
The contract
No published price; annual is the norm. ZoomInfo has said seat packages are being replaced from Q3 2026 by a platform fee plus credits
Monthly. Cancel any time from the dashboard, no notice period, no annual lock-in

Where they are better

Depth we do not attempt and would not claim: org charts, Scoops, intent, buying-group mapping, nine global do-not-call lists, a large integration estate and a compliance apparatus built for enterprise procurement. Their waterfall enrichment across 25+ vendors is “included at no additional cost”, which is close to what we do and they give it away. And they publish an accuracy commitment, which almost nobody in this market does. Their License Terms promise 95% accuracy on whether a contact is still “employed by (or similarly affiliated with) the specified company”. Miss it and there are 30 days to correct it, then a right to terminate for a prorated refund. For territory planning and account strategy it is a different class of tool.

Run both?

No, not for anybody who dials for a living. Both tools put a number on the profile in front of you; ZoomInfo adds a briefing document for planning a book of business, and it does not write the call.

Test it on a profile your current tool already gave you a number for.

Free: 5 scripts a day, and your first number free, plus 4 more with your email. No card. PitchWhip never presses Send on LinkedIn. Desktop Chrome.
