PitchWhip

Integrations

Log it in PitchWhip. Find it in your CRM.

Every call you log is written to Salesforce, HubSpot or a Google Sheet you own, with the outcome, the next step and the notes you choose to share. Nothing to export, nothing to copy across.

Salesforce

Every call lands on the Contact or Lead your team already works from.

What syncs

  • The person: the matching Contact or Lead. Existing fields are never overwritten, and new Leads are created only if you switch that on.
  • Each call as a completed Task: date, outcome, duration, who called, the profile link and the brief's key signals.
  • A follow-up Task on the callback date, plus any dashboard note you choose to send to Salesforce.
How to connect

Your Salesforce admin connects your org from dashboard Integrations, following the built-in guide to create a Local External Client App and approve access.

Callback tasks are on from the start. Lead creation is off until you turn it on.

How matching works

PitchWhip attaches a call to an existing Contact or Lead only when it is sure of the person. That means a revealed email that matches, with the same name and company, or a match it has verified before. A name or phone number alone is never enough, so a call never lands on the wrong record.

Sometimes a call cannot be placed: two records could be the person, or nothing matches and Lead creation is off. It stays in PitchWhip and your admin sees it under Salesforce sync issues in the dashboard. Fix the record or switch on Lead creation, then press Sync the last 30 days to send it.

HubSpot

Every call lands on the contact, with the outcome and the next step.

What syncs

  • The person: the matching contact, or a new one with name, company, job title and any number or email you've revealed. Existing contact fields are never overwritten.
  • Each call as a call activity on the contact: date, outcome, duration, who called, the profile link and the brief's key signals.
  • A follow-up task on the callback date, plus any dashboard note you choose to send to HubSpot.
How to connect

The licence holder creates a service key in HubSpot (Settings, Integrations, Service Keys) and pastes it into dashboard Integrations once. That is the whole setup.

Follow-up tasks are on from the start. Switch them off in the same place if you'd rather keep callbacks out of HubSpot.

How matching works

PitchWhip finds the contact by the email your account has revealed for that person. Without an email it searches by first name, surname and company. It creates a contact only when it has a full name and a company, and never overwrites fields on a contact that already exists. Nothing is duplicated and nothing is lost.

A call waits in PitchWhip, flagged under HubSpot in dashboard Integrations, in three cases. The profile showed no surname or no company. HubSpot has two contacts who could be the person, or one it cannot confirm without a revealed email. Or the service key expired or lost a permission. Fix the cause, then press Sync the last 30 days to send those calls.

Google Sheets

A spreadsheet you own: who you called, what happened, when to follow up.

What syncs

  • The person: a Contacts tab with name, company, title, profile link and any number or email you've revealed.
  • Each call in the call log: date, outcome, callback date, the brief's key signals and the notes you wrote in the extension.
  • Meetings you book go into your Google Calendar, and any dashboard note you choose to send to Sheets goes to its own Dashboard Notes tab.
How to connect

In the Chrome extension, open Settings, then Integrations, then Google Sheets & Calendar, and connect your Google account.

PitchWhip creates the spreadsheet in your Drive and View my CRM opens it. It can only see files it created, nothing else in your Drive.

When your sheet updates

Sheets syncing runs through the extension, so changes reach the sheet while Chrome is open with PitchWhip enabled and Google connected. Edits queue up and go across in order. The export status in the dashboard shows when each one has landed.

Good to know.

Can I update calls and notes from the dashboard?

Yes. In Calls, edit your synced call's outcome or callback date. Use Edit notes to write a separate dashboard note and select Salesforce, HubSpot or Google Sheets as its destination.

With no destination selected, the note stays in PitchWhip. Check its export status after saving. Google Sheets needs the connected extension running in Chrome.

Which notes are shared?

Salesforce and HubSpot receive dashboard notes only when you select them for that note. Private extension notes and transcripts are excluded from those CRM exports.

Google Sheets can include call notes and summaries recorded in the extension. Dashboard notes you select for Sheets are exported separately to the Dashboard Notes tab.

Does deleting a call remove it from my CRM too?

No. Deleting a PitchWhip call removes it from your PitchWhip history. Existing CRM contacts, activities and exported spreadsheet copies remain. Disconnecting an integration stops new syncing; it does not erase previous exports.

Is this a full two-way CRM sync?

These integrations send PitchWhip call activity to your connected tools. They do not mirror every CRM field or import your entire CRM into PitchWhip. Google Sheets can also supply previous-call context from the connected sheet.
