PitchWhip

For teams

$49 a seat, the same for everyone, and no onboarding project.

Buy seats on the pricing page, assign them from the dashboard, and reps are on real calls the same morning. One invoice, and credits pooled across the team. The reveals are billed to the account, so the admin sees what the credits bought: the team’s call log, and every number and address found. Call notes and transcripts are not included in the shared team call log, and no reveal records which rep spent the credit. What leaves the browser and where it lives is on /security.

Where the day goes

“I was cold calling all day.”

You were on the clock all day, and the phone was in your hand for a fraction of it: most of “calling” is everything around the call. Here’s the shape of a calling block. The dark bar is the only part that books meetings.

A shape, not a study. We have not measured anyone’s day and we are not going to publish figures we made up. Put your own numbers into the calculator below and see what the prep is costing you.

days a month, if you never used the time for anything but calling

Arithmetic on the two numbers you just set, not a measured result.

Assumes PitchWhip prep of ~30 seconds a call: the script builds while the page loads. The saving is the research you already do, redirected. Only dial a handful a week? Then the saving is your entire prep block, and the free tier may be all you need.

And the six things that stop the next dial? Every one is now somebody else’s job.

None of these are laziness. They’re what the fear sounds like at 4:55pm. And if there’s no manager to say them to, you say them to yourself on the drive home. They work just as well there.

“No one's picking up.”

No answer? “Next up” queues the next name the second the call ends. Volume stops being a decision you make forty times a day.

“I couldn't find their number.”

A reveal runs the waterfall and lands on the same card as the script. That excuse now costs one click.

“I ran out of people to call.”

Discovery brings up to 10 fresh prospects every morning, each with a quoted source. The well refills daily.

“I didn't know what to say.”

The opener is written before you've finished reading their profile, in your voice, from their page.

“I was building my list.”

The list found itself this morning: one tap, sources cited. List-building is no longer a day's work.

“They weren't a good fit anyway.”

Right person and Right now are scored from the page before you dial, with the evidence quoted. A skip becomes a decision you can show someone rather than one you have to defend.

Take the gaps away. What’s left is dialling, and dialling is the job.

If you are the one signing

None of the above is your actual problem.

Credit arithmetic is a rep’s concern. Three things matter more, and none of them is fixed by buying more data.

01

Nobody has to write the enablement

The fit and timing verdicts, the prepared objections and the opener all arrive built for the person on screen, so nobody is versioning a script library that goes stale by March. Selling more than one thing? Scripts are scoped per pitch profile, so a rep selling product A is never handed product B's opener.

02

It is not another data line on the invoice

Lusha and Kaspr sell the reveal, and so do we: one balance, charged only on a find, pooled across your seats, with a published route back when a number is dead. What they do not sell is the layer that turns the number into a conversation, and that layer is the product. Bulk lists stay a data tool's job (we reveal one prospect at a time), so if Apollo is doing bulk work for you, keep it for that. At calling volumes we are one line on the invoice rather than two: $49 a seat covers fifty numbers a month, and $99 covers a hundred and fifty.

03

See the team's day without nagging anyone

One tap logs the outcome and queues the next name, so the record is complete without you chasing it. The dashboard turns that into calls, outcomes and best-performing hours, so blocks get scheduled on evidence. And when one rep finds the answer that beats a recurring objection, it can be shared to the whole team's rebuttals. It stops living in one strong head and leaving when they do.

Who buys it

Three people buy PitchWhip.
Here’s why.

For the rep

Your quota, minus the excuses

You know the ritual: the tab-hopping that eats the morning, the number you finally find at 4pm, the opener invented mid-ring. PitchWhip deletes every step between you and the conversation, and hands you the words when they pick up.

$49 a month, about $2.45 a working day, no minimum term. Revealed numbers sit on the account that pays for them.

For the manager

Rolled out in a morning, not a quarter

Add seats at $49 each on the pricing page, assign them from the dashboard, and reps are on real calls the same morning. No enablement deck to write. Ask for the free guided rollout and we set your pitch up with you. Credits are pooled and billed to you, so you see what they bought: the team's call log and every number and address found. Call notes and transcripts are not included in the shared team call log.

One subscription for the whole call layer: scripts, numbers, logging, visibility.

For the founder

Sales is two hours of your day, not your job title

Founder-led sales, recruiters, one-person agencies: you can't afford a stack and you don't have time to research. One tool finds the people, the numbers, and the words, so your two hours are spent talking, not preparing to talk.

Free tier to prove it, no card, five scripts a day.

FAQ

The bits managers and IT teams ask.

Something not covered here? hello@pitchwhip.com. A human answers within one working day. And every feature is documented in the guide.

Buy up to 25 seats with the picker on the pricing page, at $49 each: there is no volume price to negotiate. One subscription, one invoice, and you assign and reassign seats from the dashboard. Monthly reveal credits are granted per seat and pooled across the team, and the admin buys any top-up packs. Credits are billed to the org, so an admin sees what they bought: the team’s call log, outcomes and best hours, and the numbers those credits revealed. Call notes are not included in the shared team call log, and reveals carry no rep’s name, so nobody can see who revealed which number. More than 25 seats? Email hello@pitchwhip.com: same price, one invoice.
