The short version
pitchwhip.com uses essential cookies for dashboard login, your consent choices and the country used by the banner. With your explicit acceptance, we also use optional cookies to link a campaign visit in this browser to a confirmed purchase for up to 28 days after registration. Eligible Reddit ad visits can be reported to Reddit as described below. You can reject this measurement and still use checkout.
Our visitor statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. We ask before loading it in the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland, and when your country is unknown. Elsewhere it runs by default unless you reject it.
This page is about the website only. How the product handles sequence email, including its off-by-default open tracking, is in the Privacy Policy.

Two flags and a per-landing random reference prevent stale campaign updates and handle withdrawals. Essential vs. everything else
Essential cookies are the ones the site can’t work without: logging in, remembering that you answered the banner. Under UK PECR and the EU ePrivacy rules these don’t need consent, and the banner doesn’t ask about them.
Analytics doesn’t use a cookie. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate from the request itself, without storing anything in your browser or building a profile of you. We ask before loading it in the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland, and when your country is unknown. Elsewhere it runs by default, with an opt-out on this page.
Campaign and Reddit ad measurement is optional. After you accept, campaign tags can be linked to a confirmed purchase for up to 28 days after registration in this browser. Earlier acceptance of button-click reporting alone does not permit this purchase association. If the visit has an eligible Reddit click identifier, we also report install-link clicks, checkout clicks and confirmed paid purchases to Reddit. A purchase event includes its time, amount, currency and a deduplication ID. Button clicks remain separate from completed purchases. Rejecting stops new checkout associations. Once our server receives the withdrawal, pending purchase events are cancelled. Failed withdrawals are retried when you return or refocus the page. Events already sent may finish and cannot be recalled by the banner; contact us about deletion.
Who sees the banner
Visitors from the UK, the EU and EEA, and Switzerland, where the law asks for consent before non-essential measurement. If we can’t tell where you are, we ask too. Visitors arriving on campaign-tagged links or Reddit ads are asked in every region. Elsewhere, cookieless analytics runs by default, with an opt-out on this page. Reddit reporting always needs your explicit acceptance.
Your choice
- Accept all: analytics loads. If you arrived on a campaign link, the 28-day purchase association is also allowed. An eligible Reddit click ID permits reporting confirmed purchases as well as button clicks. We set
pw_consent=allfor a year. - Reject: optional measurement is turned off and checkout remains available. A reference may be retained only to retry a failed withdrawal, as described above. We set
pw_consent=essentialfor a year so we don’t keep asking. - Change your mind: press the button below. The controls below let you reject measurement or clear your choice and reopen the banner. They also request withdrawal of an existing purchase association. Deleting cookies in your browser removes the browser copy but does not send that withdrawal request to our server.

Third parties
Three meet your browser. Vercel does the hosting and the analytics above. Lemon Squeezy is the checkout you’re sent to when buying, a separate site with its own cookies. Web3Forms delivers the enquiry forms and sets nothing in your browser. None of them can set cookies on pitchwhip.com.
Our server also sends data to other services. Reddit receives the ad-click identifier and eligible click or confirmed purchase event only after you accept, as described above. HubSpot or Salesforce receives your call records if you connect your own HubSpot account or Salesforce org in the dashboard, and not otherwise. How each of these handles data, and everyone else who receives any, is in our Privacy Policy.
