Rate hold and VAT
Your rate is held for 12 months from the day you subscribe, monthly or yearly. Any change after that comes with 30 days’ notice by email. That promise is written into our Terms.
Prices are before VAT. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, adds any VAT or sales tax due at checkout and issues a VAT invoice.

Details
Packs are 20 credits for $20, 50 for $40 and 100 for $50: $1, 80c and 50c a credit. Pack credits never expire. Spending them needs a live licence, so if you lapse they wait for you. An unused pack is refundable within 14 days.
On a team the credits pool: nine seats is 450 finds a month in one shared balance, one subscription, one invoice. The admin buys any packs.
There is no per-rep cap yet. The shared balance is first come, first served, so two heavy diallers can be through the quieter reps’ share by mid-month. If you need a cap, tell us at hello@pitchwhip.com. Until then the admin can add a pack at any point in the month.

Call from the extension with your pitch beside you. Turn on recording to listen back and coach from the actual conversation.
Calling minutes are separate from your subscription and contact reveal credits. Packs do not expire. Only connected time uses minutes; ringing, busy lines and unanswered calls do not.
Prices in US dollars, before VAT or sales tax. Tax is added at checkout where due.
A phone number for each person, included. Once your account buys a minute pack, each active team member can choose one available PitchWhip number at no extra rental charge. Your licence must stay active. Business checks and country availability apply.
- 1. Your account admin accepts the calling notice once in Settings → Calling.
- 2. Set up calling in the extension’s Settings.
- 3. Buy a minute pack in Dashboard → Billing.
- 4. Choose your number in Settings → Phone numbers.
Calling needs an eligible paid account. US and Canada calling is open to every calling account. US numbers need a company check, and some US states are not available. Licences bought from 5 October 2026 set up calling themselves; some existing accounts need approval, and we set those up by hand. If setup is unavailable, contact us.
Recording is off until your account admin enables it. Your admin chooses automatic or manual recording. You can pause and resume recording; with manual recording, you can start and stop it during the call. Review recordings in the dashboard.
Recordings are kept for 90 days by default, with retention choices for your admin. Make sure the people on the call receive any notice or consent the law requires.
Only supported destinations can be called. Country restrictions, daily limits and a maximum call length apply. Connected incoming and forwarded calls can also use minutes.
Included numbers depend on an active licence, an active team seat and a minute-pack purchase that has not been refunded.
PitchWhip calls run over the internet. If your power or internet fails, or your browser is closed, you cannot call 999 or 112 from PitchWhip, so keep another phone to hand. 999 calls work only from a PitchWhip number with a registered address, and the control room sees that address, so update it in Settings when you work somewhere else.
