PitchWhip

What’s new

Every release so far, with its date.

PitchWhip is new. The first build ran on 4 August 2026; sequences, lists, campaigns and the LinkedIn queue all landed within a month. It is built alongside working BDRs and founders who do their own calls, and their field notes ship as features the same week. Everything below is dated, and the extension updates itself, so nothing a rep has set up is lost.

v12.310 September 2026

The brief, the script and the objections, side by side

The panel opens with the script and the likely objections beside it, not stacked inside it. The pair fits whatever window you have, down to a laptop that is not maximised. Right person and Right now are drawn as a scale with a marker, so you see where a prospect sits rather than how far a bar filled. Ice at the cold end, red at the hot one, the verdict in words beside it. A dimension we could not score shows a flat grey bar and no marker, which is the honest answer rather than a low one. Reveal now tells you how long it usually takes before you press it.

No key to copy

Ask for the install link and the email no longer carries a key. Install PitchWhip, press Reveal a second time, and it asks for your work email: give it the address you signed up with and your free lookups are already on it. Nothing to hunt for in your inbox, nothing to paste into a settings page. A lookup is still only spent when something actually comes back.

Portal4 September 2026

Sending schedules by country

The sending window is where the people you are emailing are, not where you sit. Add a country and it gets its own hours on a week grid you draw on, its own timezone, and its own public holidays, computed for 25 countries. A person's country is read from their profile, a revealed number or their email, so a Texas prospect gets Texas hours and Thanksgiving off while a London one keeps London's. The report tiles add up, the diagnostics are in plain words, and the sequence builder opens with a shape to start from.

Open tracking, off by default, with the switch

PitchWhip can track opens; it is off by default, not missing. The reasons are on the switch, in the order they matter to you. A tracking pixel is the commonest reason cold mail from a personal mailbox is filtered. The number is an estimate, because Apple Mail and Gmail pre-load images. And UK law treats the pixel as needing consent. The account admin turns it on after ticking that their team accepts that responsibility; each sequence then has its own toggle. Clicks are never tracked.

Reports that say why

Every sequence now has a report under its tiles: reply rate, bounce rate, a step-by-step funnel, and who replied by rep, by weekday and by hour. Under the numbers, suggestions worked out from them rather than guessed, and the ones you mark as recorded shape the next sequence it writes. The Sequences page opens with the same report for the whole account.

Lists and campaigns

Upload any spreadsheet and the wizard maps the columns whatever order or names they have, shows you the mapping, and writes nothing until you press Import. Do-not-contact lists keep customers and partners out of every sequence. Auto-sort files a list by job title into Marketing, Operations and the rest. And designed emails with images and buttons send from a subdomain you verify, never from anyone's personal address.

Portal1 September 2026

Sequences that send from your own mailbox

Build a follow-up sequence in the dashboard and the email steps send themselves from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, plain text, a few an hour, with your sign-off. Replies stop it: a one-time rule in your own mail tells PitchWhip a reply landed, without PitchWhip ever reading your mailbox. LinkedIn and call steps are handed to you in the extension with the words written; nothing is ever sent on LinkedIn for you.

v4.028 August 2026

Try the data before you pay

Install it and your first number is on us, no email needed. On the second Reveal the panel asks for a work email and the next 4 lookups are free; the panel stores the key itself, nothing to paste. A lookup is only spent when something comes back. No card, no account. Managers get a new team panel on the dashboard: each rep's calls, connect rate, meetings booked, callbacks owed and best hour this week. Notes and transcripts are never stored. And getting screened out now teaches you something: tell PitchWhip what the gatekeeper said and it hands back three shorter ways in for next time.

v3.2027 August 2026

Finds that never slip away

Every verified prospect the daily search finds now lands in a bank that keeps them until you call them, on any machine your licence signs into. There is a Found for you view on the dashboard. Removed someone by mistake? The bin restores them. Searches replace people you already have instead of repeating them, and a run that hits a snag resumes where it left off. Each pitch profile keeps its own queue, finds and due calls. Plus a one-tap “What do they do?” explainer on every prospect, and a “Not a fit” outcome that stops the wrong companies coming back.

v3.19.326 August 2026

The day loop keeps its promises

An engaged line's “back at 17:22” now really returns at 17:22: timed callbacks ride the queue and the due badge fires on the minute. Log “they want an email” and book the follow-up call too. Double-click the brief's handle and the script pops out beside the panel. Plus notes-to-self on Call mode, a focus box steering prospect discovery, best time to call by country, and one-tap dead-number reports (a person verifies, then re-credits under our terms).

v3.19.226 August 2026

Your licence carries everything

Reinstall anywhere, activate, and it all comes back: pitch profiles, your voice and coaching memory, objection rebuttals, even your call history, so “have I called them before?” survives any machine. Same package: the launcher reads Sales Navigator's newest profile layout, and daily prospect finds stay on screen under a “Found yesterday” note.

Portal26 August 2026

Reveal without the extension

Paste a LinkedIn URL into the dashboard's Reveals page and get the same lookup as the extension. The same contact-data partner, credits spent only when data comes back, refunds and the re-reveal cache included. Built for teams whose IT doesn't allow browser extensions.

v3.1925 August 2026

The day loop

Tap a number anywhere (queue, callbacks, dashboard) and the outcome grid is already waiting for that person. One tap logs it, “Next up” hands you the next name, and due callbacks wear a badge on every LinkedIn page.

v3.1825 August 2026

Scripts that learn your voice

Edit any line of a script and PitchWhip keeps the lesson: the next script arrives closer to how you actually talk. Plus a follow-up email drafted straight from the call, ready to copy.

v3.1721 August 2026

Prospect discovery

Up to 10 fresh prospects a day, found by web search and verified in print. A quoted trade-press source travels with every name, so the script opens already knowing why they made the list.

v3.14–1618 August 2026

Briefs that cite their sources

Every brief now leads with a why-now signal and a best angle, each tagged by the evidence behind it. When the page shows no trigger, it says so instead of inventing one. Landmine warnings tell you what not to say.

Portal16 August 2026

A dashboard that dials

Your calls in a spreadsheet-style view with phone and email columns, best-time-to-call from your own data, team visibility for managers, and numbers you can click to dial and log right there.
